摘  要:以现有机型为参照,设计了一种农作物秧苗栽植机,该栽植机可用于大葱、玉米等秧苗的栽植。介绍了机架、传动装置、开沟装置、栽植机构、输送机构的设计,采用SolidWorks软件建立了移栽机整机结构和各装置结构模型。该栽植机将链条传动与齿轮传动相配合,采用链夹栽植方式,人工将秧苗投递至输送机构,输送机构在整机传动作用下,与开沟、覆土等工序配合完成秧苗的栽植。栽植性能试验结果显示:该机栽植效率大于90%,性能符合农艺要求。In this article,with reference to the current models,a crop seedling transplanter is developed,which is used for the planting of seedlings such as green onions and corns.The analysis is conducted on the design of the transplanter’s frame,transmission device,trenching device,planting mechanism and conveying mechanism.The structural models of the whole machine and each part are set up by means of the SolidWorks software.The planting machine which matches the chain drive with the gear drive adopts the chain-clip planting method,and manually delivers seedlings to the conveying mechanism.Then,the conveying mechanism cooperates with trenching and soil covering to complete the planting of seedlings with the motion of the whole machine’s transmission system.The results obtained form the planting performance test show that the planting efficiency of this machine is greater than 90%,and its performance meets the agronomic requirements.
