摘 要:针对成形法加工准双曲面齿轮齿形修正技术展开研究,提出通过调整刀位与齿坯安装角的方式来实现齿形角的等效修正。基于刀具与工件的位置关系建立成形法加工数学模型,分析轮坯绕参考点的切向方向旋转对工件轴线与机床中心位置的影响,推导齿形角等效修正时加工参数演变关系式,形成齿形角等效修正理论。引入算例开展齿面偏差分析,分别以齿形修正前后的加工参数对齿面进行计算,对比分析了齿形角的变化规律,以此为基础开展齿面加工与测量试验,结果表明了等效修正理论的可行性,为企业的成形法加工与应用提供理论支撑。In this article,the technology of equivalent modification of tooth profile characterized by hypoid gear is explored,and equivalent modification of the tooth profile angle is achieved by adjusting the cutter position and the wheel blank’s installation angle.Based on the relationship between the cutter and the workpiece position,the mathematical model of machining for the forming method is worked out;the analysis is conducted on the influence of tangential rotation around the wheel blank’s reference point on the workpiece axis and the central position of the machine tool.The evolution relation of the machining parameters is derived and the theory of equivalent modification which is applied on the tooth profile angle is identified.An example is introduced to carry out the analysis on the tooth-profile deviation;the tooth surfaces are calculated with the machining parameters before and after the modification of tooth profile;the changing law of the tooth profile angle is analyzed.On this basis,a series of experiments about tooth-profile machining and measurement are carried out.The results show the theory of equivalent modification is feasible,which provides theoretical support for the machining and application tasks with the help of the forming method in enterprises.
