摘　　要：目的探讨各医疗机构专业技术人员对医疗技术管理工作的了解程度及加强管理工作的对策研究。方法通过问卷调查,对医院医疗技术管理工作的组织建设、制度和流程等的知晓程度和执行程度等进行评价,对数据进行统计学分析和相关性分析。结果各医疗机构在医疗技术临床应用论证制度和评估制度、规范化培训制度的建设上仍需要加强;专业技术人员对于限制类技术的开展要求和条件、技术授权相关的开展权限知晓率较低。医务人员工作年限与科室限制类技术知晓度呈正相关(P<0.05);医务人员职称与医院授权流程、技术开展权限呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论医政管理部门要关注技术全过程管理的制度建设,特别是临床应用前后的论证、评估,同时要通过加大信息化投入和建设,做好技术管理;目前技术管理岗位人员需要加强职称调整后的技术备案工作和加强中青年医师的相关制度、流程培训。Objective To explore the understanding of professional and technical personnel in medical institutions on medical technology management and the countermeasures to strengthen management.Methods Through questionnaire survey,the hospital medical technology management was evaluated,and the data were statistically analyzed and correlated.Results Medical institutions needed to strengthen the verification system,evaluation system and standardized training system of medical technology clinical application.Professional technicians had limited awareness of the development requirements and conditions of restricted technologies and the development authority related to technology authorization.The working years of medical staff were positively correlated with the awareness of restricted technology in departments(P<0.05).The titles of medical staff were positively correlated with hospital authorization process and technical development authority(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical administration departments should pay attention to the system construction of the whole-process technical management,especially the verification and evaluation before and after clinical application,and meanwhile,improve technology management by increasing information investment and construction.At present,the technical management personnel need to strengthen the technical filing after the title adjustment and strengthen the relevant system and process training for young and middle-aged physicians.
