摘　　要：目的构建员工主动报告的医院安全(不良)事件管理体系。方法运用PDCA循环查找原因,持续改进并标准化有效措施。结果医院安全(不良)事件百张床位报告数从10.54提升到30.48。员工对不良事件相关知识的考试得分由72.95±10.93分提升至95.76±5.78分,对上报途径的知晓率由61.40%提升至98.20%。结论通过PDCA循环,有效地构建员工主动报告的不良事件管理体系,百张床位报告数达到三级综合医院评审A级要求,提升医院的安全文化意识。Objective To construct the hospital safety(adverse)events management system for employees'active reporting.Methods PDCA cycle was used to identify the causes,thus continuously improve and standardize the effective measures.Results The 100-bed report number of hospital safety(adverse)events was increased from 10.54 to 30.48.The score of knowledge about adverse events was raised from 72.95±10.93 to 95.76±5.78,and the awareness rate of reporting channels was raised from 61.40%to 98.20%.Conclusion PDCA cycle proves helpful in establishing an effective adverse event management system of employees'active reporting.The number of 100-bed reports reached the level-A requirement of Grade-III general hospital evaluation,and the safety culture awareness of the hospital was improved.
