摘　　要：廉洁风险防控是医院党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的重要内容,风险防控越精准成效越显著,然而公立医院专职纪检监察干部往往配置不足,需要组建一支高素质科室兼职廉洁联络员队伍,加强对纪检监察工作的创新建设,提高纪检监察工作的效率和水平,从而推进医院各项工作有序进行,为医院高质量发展提供重要保障。Prevention and control of integrity risks is an important part of the construction of a clean and honest government and anti-corruption work in hospitals.The more accurate the risk prevention and control,the more significant the results will be.However,there is often a shortage of the full-time discipline inspection and supervision cadres in public hospitals.Thus,it is imperative to establish a high-quality team of part-time integrity liaison officers in departments,to strengthen the innovative construction of discipline inspection and supervision,and to improve its efficiency and level,so as to smoothly accaomplish various hospital affairs and provide an important guarantee for the high-quality development of the hospital.
