摘　　要：公立医院智慧门诊建设应立足实际,统筹兼顾,着眼长远,覆盖基础、环节和终末3个层次递进又相互关联的过程,作为公立医院智慧门诊建设的主要方向,为持续推进公立医院高质量发展,提高医疗质量,优化诊疗流程,改善患者就医体验。Smart clinics in public hospitals should be constructed on the basis of reality and overall consideration,with focus on the long-term benefits and by covering three-layered progressive and interrelated process of foundation,link and terminal.The establishment should be oriented toward the promotion of high-quality development of public hospitals,enhancement of medical quality,optimization of diagnosis and treatment process and improvement of patients'medical experiences.
