贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究利用贝那普利和美托洛尔联合治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的效果。方法对2018年6月至2019年7月的78例老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组,两组均为39例。对照组以贝纳普利治疗,观察组以贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗,对用药效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组的用药总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药之前,两组血压水平较高,且无差异(P>0.05),用药后,观察组的血压水平比对照组更稳定,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前,两组患者的心功能较差且无差异(P>0.05),用药后,观察组的心功能改善效果更为理想,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的用药不良反应为12.82%,与对照组的10.26%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭时,贝那普利和美托洛尔的联合用药优于单一的贝那普利用药所取得的效果,有助于调整患者的血压水平,增强患者心功能,且用药安全性良好,改善患者的临床指标,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of benazepril and metoprolol in the treatment of senile essential hypertension with heart failure.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with essential hypertension and heart failure from June 2018 to July 2019 were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol.The effect of the medication was evaluated and compared.Results The total effective rate of medication in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 69.23%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);before the medication,the blood pressure level of the two groups was higher and there was no difference(P>0.05).After medication,the blood pressure level of the observation group was more stable than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before medication,the heart function of the two groups was poor and there was no difference(P>0.05).After medication,the observation group effect of improving cardiac function was more ideal,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse drug reaction of the observation group was 12.82%,compared with 10.26%of the control group,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly essential hypertension with heart failure,the combination of benazepril and metoprolol is better than the effect achieved by the single benazep,which helps to adjust the patient's blood pressure level and enhance the patient's heart it has good function and good drug safety,improves the clinical indicators of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
