老年痴呆患者临床护理干预方法及实施效果

摘　　要：目的分析老年痴呆患者的临床护理干预新方法。方法选择2019年2月至2020年4月辽宁省盘锦市盘山县人民医院接收的老年痴呆患者84例为分析对象,分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=42),对照组行常规护理模式,试验组行护理新方法,对比两组患者的精神状态以及家属护理满意度。结果护理前,试验组MMES评分、MoCA评分、HAMD评分、SAS评分、PANAS各维度评分以及谷氨酸水平与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组与对照组的MMES评分、MoCA评分均上升,HAMD评分、SAS评分、PANAS各维度评分以及谷氨酸水平均下降,且试验组患者各项的改善程度均显著优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者的家属护理满意度明显高于对照组患者家属,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在治疗老年痴呆患者的过程中,给予其新的护理干预方法可有效提高简单的智能心理状态以及精神状态评分,临床应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the new method of clinical nursing intervention for senile dementia patients.Methods Selected 84 cases of Alzheimer's patients accepted by People's Hospital of Panshan County,Liaoning Province from February 2019 to April 2020 as the analysis object.The average was divided into the control group(n=42)and the experimental group(n=42)and control group in alzheimer's patients with routine nursing model,the experimental group gives new method for nursing,compared two groups of senile dementia patients'mental state and family nursing satisfaction.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the test group's MMES score,MoCA score,HAMD score,SAS score,PANAS score,and glutamate level compared with the control group(P>0.05);after nursing,the test group and the control group The MMES score and MoCA score increased,and the HAMD score,SAS score,PANAS scores and glutamate levels decreased,and the improvement of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the patients in the test group was significantly higher than that of the family members of the control patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of senile dementia patients,giving them new nursing intervention methods can effectively improve simple intelligent mental state and mental state score,clinical application effect is significant.
