优质护理对于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中应用优质护理对其肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法任选80例我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为例数均等的两组,分别给予常规护理和优质护理,比较两组肺功能及生活质量改善情况。结果研究组护理后的FEV_(1)为(83.50±2.60)%、FEV_(1)/FVC为(82.80±3.50)%、PEF为(5.80±1.80)L/s、MMEF为(79.60±3.70)L/s,与对照组各肺功能指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)改善情况优于对照组,IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,对比组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组生活质量总分为(45.80±3.90)分,显著低于对照组的(56.70±4.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理满意度分别为95.00%和75.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,可有效改善患者血气指标和肺功能,减轻机体炎性反应,提升患者生活质量,从而增强患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the effects of high-quality nursing care on lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Randomly divide 80 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019,and randomly divide them into two groups with equal number of cases.They will be given routine care and highquality care respectively,and the lung function and quality of life of the two groups will be compared.Results FEV_(1) after nursing in the study group was(83.50±2.60)%,FEV_(1)/FVC was(82.80±3.50)%,PEF was(5.80±1.80)L/s,MMEF was(79.60±3.70)L/s,and the lung function indexes of the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement of PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP,and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the study group after nursing was(45.80±3.90)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(56.70±4.80)points,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 95.00%and 75.00%,respectively,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing care to elderly patients with COPD can effectively improve the blood gas indicators and lung function of the patients,reduce inflammation in the body,and improve the quality of life of the patients,thereby enhancing patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
