摘 要:针对分布式电源和负荷的波动性给配电网带来的电压失稳、越限等电能质量问题,提出一种考虑分布式电源接入的配电网自律-协同控制方案。首先,建立配电网多目标动态无功优化模型,针对其中主、客观因素对优化结果的影响,设计基于熵权与多层次模糊综合评价理论的综合赋权法确定各子目标权重,并以优化结果指导区域内自律控制,实现“全局协同优化”。其次,基于凝聚型层次聚类和动态无功储备指标进行系统分区并自治,实现“分区自律调控”。通过该方案可合理调度分布式电源与传统补偿设备协调运行,实现区域内快速且平滑的自动电压控制,提升配电网电压质量。最后,利用IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,所提方案的有效性和正确性。Considering the power quality problems in distribution network such as voltage instability and over-limit which are caused by fluctuations in distributed generations(DGs)and load,an autonomous-synergic control scheme for distribution network considering the access of DGs is proposed.First,a multi-objective dynamic reactive power opti⁃mization model for distribution network is established.Aimed at the impact of subjective and objective factors on the op⁃timization results,a comprehensive weighting method based on entropy weight and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is designed to determine the weight of each sub-objective.In addition,global collaborative optimization is achieved under the autonomous voltage control within each sub-region based on the optimization results.Then,system partition and self-regulation is performed based on the AGNES and dynamic reactive power reserved indexes,resulting in partition autonomy.This scheme can coordinate the operation of DGs and conventional reactive compensation equipment,realizing fast and smooth voltage control and improving the power quality of distribution network.Finally,simulations based on an IEEE 33-node system are performed,and results verify the validity and correctness of the pro⁃posed scheme.
