摘  要:耐磨涂层能改善低碳钢等材料制作的机械零件和工程构件的耐磨性,不仅节约了贵金属,还降低了生产成本。激光熔覆技术是一种制备耐磨涂层的方法,包括同步送粉法和预置粉末法,可用来在低碳钢等材料表面制备钴基合金涂层和陶瓷增强钴基合金涂层等。介绍了国内外采用用激光熔覆技术制备的钴基合金涂层和陶瓷颗粒增强钴基合金涂层的耐摩擦磨损性能的研究进展,提出了在采用激光熔覆技术制备陶瓷增强钴基合金涂层方面亟待解决和进一步研究的问题,如涂层易开裂、研究结果缺乏普遍性等。The wear-resistant coatings can improve wear resistance of machinery parts and engineering membes made from such materials as low-carbon steels,thus saving in precious metals and reducing production cost.The laser cladding techology is a type of method of fabricating the wear-resistant coating,including synchronous powder-feeding and powder-preplacing methods,may be used to fabricate cobalt-base alloy coating or ceramic-reinforced cobalt-base alloy coating on low-carbon steel and other materials.The progress of research on friction-wear resistance of cobalt-base alloy and ceramic-rei nforced cobalt-base alloy coatings at home and abroad was introduced.The problems to be urgently solved and further investigated in fabric ating ceramic-reinforced cobalt-base alloy coating by the laser cladding technology,for example the coating being easy of cracking,lack of generality of research results and so on,were put forw ard.
