摘 要:60SiCrV7钢可用作高强度汽车悬架弹簧。采用φ6mm×91mm试棒在Gleeble—2000热模拟试验机上对60SiCrV7钢进行了热模拟试验以获得CCT曲线,研究了60SiCrV7钢的奥氏体晶粒度随加热温度的变化,目的是确定钢的淬火温度范围;对60SiCrV7钢进行了890℃油淬和200~600℃回火,随后检测了钢的拉伸性能和旋转弯曲疲劳性能。结果表明:60SiCrV7钢合适的淬火温度为850~950℃;890℃保温30min油冷随后385℃回火90min水冷的60SiCrV7钢抗拉强度达2107MPa,屈服强度1934MPa,断后伸长率10%,断面收缩率48%,旋转弯曲疲劳极限达975MPa。60SiCrV7 steel may be used to manufacture high-strength suspension spring for automobile.The 60SiCrV7 steel was subjected to thermal simulation test which was carried out by test bar 6 mm in diameter by 90 mm long in a Gleeble-2000 analog machine to obtain CCT curve,and its austenite grain sizes as a function of heating temperatures were investigated,for the pupose of determining the spread of austeritizing temperature for the steel.The 60SiCrV7 steel was quenched fom 890℃ in oil and then tempered at tempe ratures ranging from 200 to 600℃,and tested for tensile propenties and rotating bending fatigue property.The results demionstrated that(a)approperiate austenitizing temperatures varied from 850 to 950℃;(b)the 60SiCrV7 steel,austenitized at 890 ℃ for 30 min and oil-quenched and then temped at 385℃ for 90 min and water-cooled,exhibited tensile strength of 2107 MPa,yield strength 1934 MPa,reduction of area of 48%,elongation of 10%,and rotating bending fatigue limit as great as 975 MPa.
