摘  要:汽车发动机曲轴箱材料为AlSi7MgCu0.5合金,其热处理需要在炉温均匀性良好的炉中进行,对其力学性能、显微组织和畸变有严格的要求。通过合理布置炉内热电偶提高炉温均匀性、将固溶和时效温度相应提高至540℃和180℃,同时保温时间缩短0.5h,以及采用浓度为13%和温度为50℃的水基淬火液后,AlSi7MgCu0.5合金发动机缸体的热处理产量和质量均达到了要求。Automobile engine crank case made from AlSi7MgCu0.5 alloy must be heat treated in a furnace where temperature uniformity is satisfactory,and there are severe mechanical property,microstructure and distortion requirements for the engine crank case.The heat treatment output and quality of the engine cylinder of AlSi7MgCu0.5 alloy have conformed with the requirements by improving furnace temperature uniformity with reasonable thermocouple arrangement in the furnace,raising solution temperature to 540℃ and aging temperatures to 180℃ and shortening holding time by 0.5 h,as well as using aqueous quenchant with concentration of 13%at 50℃.
