摘  要:钢的球化退火是为了获得球状珠光体,以改善切削加工性能或冷变形性能。目前,已经制定了低、中和高碳钢球化组织的评级标准。GB/T38770—2020是低、中碳碳钢和合金钢球化组织的评级标准,其中规定了球化率的计算方法,按球化率确定级别界限,低碳碳钢和低碳合金钢钢球化组织的分级等,比JB/T5074标准更完善。Spheroidizing annealing of steel is to develope spheroidal pearlite for the purpose of improving machinability or cold-deformability.At the present,the standards of grading of spheroidized structure in low,medium and high-carbon steel has been worked out.GB/T 38770-2020 is a standard of evaluating gade of spheroidized structure in low and medium-carbon carbon and alloy steels in which method of calculating spheroidizing rate,determination of grade limitation according to spheroidizing rate,and grading of spheroidized structure in low-carbon carbon and alloy steels,etc,being more perfect than JB/T5074.
