摘　　要：聚氯乙烯(PVC)因其优异的性能,而广泛应用于医疗领域,但它也存在增塑剂迁移和生物相容性等问题,限制了其应用范围。为了解决这些问题,系统分析了国内外医用PVC材料的研究现状,总结了当前几种新型环保增塑剂(环氧植物油、柠檬酸酯、环己二羧酸酯、聚酯、偏苯三酸酯)的研究进展,综述了PVC表面改性的研究现状,如表面涂层,表面交联和表面接枝。同时,也介绍了几种医用PVC材料替代聚合物(聚氨酯、聚硅氧烷、聚烯烃)的研究概况。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)was widely used in medical field, because of its excellent properties, but it also had some problems, such as, plasticizer migration and biocompatibility, which limited its application range.In order to solve these problems, the research status of medical polyvinyl chloride(PVC)materials at home and abroad were systematically analyzed.The research progress of several new environmental plasticizers(epoxy vegetable oil, citric acid ester, cyclohexanedicarboxylate, polyester, trimellitic acid ester)was summarized.The research status of surface modification of PVC,such as, surface coating, surface crosslinking and surface grafting, was summarized.At the same time, the research situation of several medical PVC materials substitute polymers(polyurethane, polysiloxane, polyolefin)was also introduced.
