摘 要:纳米材料填充改性对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的性能有显著的影响,可以在保障基体自身的优点的同时又利用了复合效应克服其缺陷。综述了常见的纳米材料SiO_(2)、SiC、Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)和碳纳米管(CNT)填充改性PTFE复合材料后对性能的影响,主要表现在摩擦学和力学性能两个方面,介绍了纳米微粒的改性处理对其在复合材料中分散效果的影响,并总结了目前该领域面临的问题和技术难点,最后对其应用前景进行了展望。Nano material filling modification had a significant impact on the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composites.It could not only ensure the advantages of the matrix itself,but also used the composite effect to overcome its defects.The effects of common nano materials,such as,SiO_(2),SiC,Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2) and carbon nano tube(CNTs)on the properties of PTFE composites were summarized,mainly in terms of wear resistance and mechanical properties.The influence of nano particle modification on its dispersion effect in composites was introduced,and the problems and technical difficulties faced in this field were summarized.Finally,its application prospect was prospected.
