摘 要:采用正交试验法研究了熔融沉积成型(FDM)打印参数对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)试样力学性能的影响。以打印速度、打印温度及填充比作为主要影响因素制备PEEK试样并对其进行拉伸试验,对比分析其抗拉性能。在此基础上,通过数值模拟技术对不同工艺参数下含缺陷裂纹的PEEK紧凑拉伸试样局部结构稳定性进行对比分析。结果表明,当FDM打印参数为打印速度60 mm/s,打印温度370℃,填充比40%时所获得PEEK试样力学性能试样最优。此外当打印速度为40 mm/s,打印温度为350℃,填充比为20%时所获得的试样结构具有最高稳定性。The effects of printing parameters on the mechanical properties of fused deposition molding(FDM)printed poly-ether-ether-ketone(PEEK)specimen were studied by orthogonal test.The tensile test of the PEEK specimen was carried out with the printing speed, printing temperature, and filling ratio as the main influencing factors, and the tensile strength was compared and analyzed.On this basis, the local structural stability of PEEK compact tensile specimens with defect cracks under different process parameters was compared and analyzed by numerical simulation technology.The results show that the PEEK specimen has the best mechanical properties when the FDM printing parameters are 60 mm/s printing speed, 370 ℃ printing temperature, and 40% filling ratio.In addition, when the printing speed is 40 mm/s, the printing temperature is 350 ℃,and the filling ratio is 20%,the sample structure is the most stable.
