摘 要:基于COMSOL有限元软件对圆形外壳件注塑模型腔电磁感应加热进行了磁热耦合数值模拟,并用正交试验法对分析结果以加热效率和温度均匀性为优化目标进行多因子多水平分析。结果表明,影响加热效率的最主要因素是电流大小,其次为线圈距型腔的距离、电源频率;影响温度分布均匀性的最主要因素也是电流大小,其次为电源频率、线圈距型腔的距离。运用综合平衡法确定最优参数组合为线圈距型腔7 mm,频率30 kHz,电流600 A,此时加热至120℃的时间为35 s,模腔温差9.927℃,符合指标限制要求。研究为可靠有效的线圈外置式注塑模腔感应加热系统实际工程应用提供指导。Based on COMSOL finite element software, magnetic thermal coupling numerical simulation of electromagnetic induction heating for injection mold cavity for circular shell parts was carried out.And the analysis results are analyzed with orthogonal experiment.Taking the heating efficiency and temperature uniformity as the optimization objectives, the results show that the main factor affecting the heating efficiency is the current, followed by the distance between the coil and the cavity, power frequency.The most important factor affecting the uniformity of temperature distribution is the current, followed by the power frequency and the distance between the coil and the cavity.The optimal parameter combination determined by the comprehensive balance method, which the coil is 7 mm away from the mold cavity, the frequency is 30 kHz, the current is 600 A,the heating time to 120 ℃ is 35 s, and the mold cavity temperature difference is 9.927 ℃,which meets the limit requirements.This work may provide guidance for the practical engineering application of reliable and effective induction heating system for coil external injection mold cavity.
