摘 要:为了研究加载速率对尼龙点阵多孔材料力学性能的影响规律,对尼龙小斜方截半立方体点阵多孔材料进行压缩力学试验和有限元仿真。结果表明,加载速率从0.02 mm/s提高到0.1 mm/s时,尼龙点阵多孔材料弹性模量和压缩强度仅提高0.3%和4%,其力学性能变化不大;当加载速率超过0.1 mm/s,其力学性能随加载速率的提高而急剧增大。当加载速率为0.5 mm/s时,其弹性模量和压缩强度分别分别增至3.25、7.98 MPa。研究内容对于优化尼龙加工工艺和丰富点阵多孔材料胞元结构具有一定的指导意义。In order to study the effect of loading rate on the mechanical properties of nylon lattice porous materials, compression mechanical tests and finite element simulation were carried out for nylon rhombicuboctahedron lattice porous materials.The results show when the loading rate is increased from 0.02 mm/s to 0.1 mm/s, the elastic modulus and compressive strength of the porous material are only increased by 0.3%and 4%,and the mechanical properties of the porous material have little change.When the loading rate is higher than 0.1 mm/s, the mechanical properties increase sharply with the increase of the loading rate.When the loading rate is 0.5 mm/s, the elastic modulus and compressive strength are 3.25 MPa and 7.98 MPa, respectively.The research content has certain guiding significance for optimizing nylon processing technology and enriching cellular structure of lattice porous materials.
