摘  要:通过物理研磨的方式制备了超细氢氧化镁(MH)(GY-6000),并通过硅烷偶联剂(R-903)对其进行改性,分别添加到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中替代部分三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))制备成复合材料,利用热失重仪、极限氧指数、垂直燃烧仪等对PVC复合材料的热性能、燃烧性能、部分物理性能进行了研究。结果表明,当用4份超细MH替代1份Sb_(2)O_(3)后能够使得PVC复合材料的极限氧指数上升明显,烟密度等级下降显著,该超细MH具备可替代部分Sb_(2)O_(3)的潜力;并且,对比另外四种沉淀法和矿石法制备的MH,GY-6000表现出在粒径、比表面积等方面的优势,添加进PVC复合材料中,能够有效提升复合材料的热稳定性和最终残炭率,而且不会对PVC复合材料的拉伸强度、密度和硬度造成不良影响。Ultrafine magnesium hydroxide(MH)(GY-6000)was prepared by physical grinding, which was modified by the silane coupling agent(R-903).It was further added into polyvinyl chloride(PVC)to replace part component of antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3))and the composites were prepared.The thermal properties, combustion properties and some physical properties of PVC composites were studied by thermogravimetry, limiting oxygen index and vertical combustor.The results show that the limiting oxygen index of PVC composites increases significantly when 4 parts of ultrafine MH are used instead of 1 part of Sb_(2)O_(3),the smoke density level decreases significantly and the ultrafine MH has the potential to replace part of Sb_(2)O_(3).In addition, comparing with the MH prepared by the other four precipitation methods, the GY-6000 shows the advantages in particle size and specific surface area, after adding into PVC composites, which can effectively improve the thermal stability and final residue rate of the composites.And it would not cause undesirable effects on the tensile strength, density and hardness of PVC composites.
