摘  要:通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出过程中加入具备反应活性的苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,以此方法制备性能优异的聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金材料。研究苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯对PC/ABS合金的流动特性、力学性能、相容性以及微观形态结构的影响。研究表明添加8%苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯时,PC/ABS合金熔体质量流动速率(MFR)从34.47 g/10min降低到26.01 g/10min,流动活化能先增大后降低;添加6%苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯时,PC/ABS合金中两相的玻璃化转变温度差从37.5℃降低至31.4℃,合金材料冲击强度从48.74 kJ/m^(2)提高到57.15 kJ/m^(2);PC/ABS合金冲击断面呈现"海-岛"结构,苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的加入改善了ABS相的分散,细化ABS相在PC相中的分布粒径,冲击断面更加"粗糙",两相结合作用更强。Polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)alloy with excellent properties was prepared by adding styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate with reactive activity in the melt extrusion process of twin-screw extruder.The effects of styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate on the flow characteristics, mechanical properties, compatibility and microstructure of PC/ABS alloy were studied.The results show when 8% styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate is added, the melt flow rate(MFR)of PC/ABS alloy decreases from 34.47 g/10 min to 26.01 g/10 min, and the melt flow activation energy first increases and then decreases.When 6% of styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate is added, the glass transition temperature difference between the two phases in PC/ABS alloy decreases from 37.5 to 31.4 ℃,and the impact strength of the alloy increases from 48.74 to 57.150 kJ/m^(2).The impact section of PC/ABS alloy presents a"Sea-Island"structure.The addition of styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate improves the dispersion of ABS phase and refines the distribution particle size of ABS phase in PC phase.The impact section is more"rough"and the combination of two phases is stronger.
