摘　　要：都市女性产后第一年的育儿社会支持系统(主体、功能及传递模式)会呈现怎样的特征?基于某个面向0—1岁婴儿母亲的社会工作项目中的小组谈话数据及组员撰写文本,构建以支持主体(横轴两端为弱关系和强关系)和支持功能(纵轴两端为情感性支持与工具性支持)交叉形成的四象限育儿社会支持的理论模型。研究发现,新任母亲育儿社会支持功能兼具工具性和情感性,偏重于以强关系(祖辈)为主体、以工具性支持为主要功能的延时交换的传递模式;同时还发现,由弱关系(社工、医生、相似他人)提供的育儿社会支持是存在、可行和有效的,弱关系提供的情感性和工具性支持属于即时交换的传递模式。The current study empirically constructed a structural model of maternal parenting social support,function and delivery during women's first year after delivery when new mothers begin to receive parenting social support.Based on the data from group interview and written text in a program providing social work service to new mothers,this study constructed a four-quadrants model mainly representing supporters(strong ties and weak ties)and support function(instrumental support and emotional support).The study has found that functions of parenting social support for new mothers are instrumental and emotional,with preference for the sharing delivery emphasizing strong ties form the elderly and instrumental-support function;maternal parenting social support from weak ties(e.g.social workers,doctors)is existing,feasible and effective,and they are instant sharing(emotional support)and exchange(instrumental support).
