摘　　要：儒家文化作为中华传统主流文化,深刻地影响着中国乃至世界社会经济方方面面。若将儒家思想从现代创新创业管理的视角进行归纳,我们便可以提炼出精神观、环境观、学习观、方法观、战略决策观、组织管理观、财务观、人才观、道德伦理观九个方面的创新创业思想。儒家创新创业思想在当代具有重要的借鉴与指导意义,如可以为当代创新创业企业提供明确的目标引导与精神支撑、生存与发展智慧、伦理道德规范,为当代创新创业教育提供丰富的精神内涵等。As the Chinese traditional mainstream culture,Confucian culture profoundly affects social and economic aspects in China and even the world.If the Confucianism thoughts are summarized from the perspective of modern innovative and entrepreneurial management,we can extract the innovative and entrepreneurial thoughts in nine aspects of spirit,environment,learning,method,strategic decision-making,organization and management,talent,finance,and moral ethics.These Confucian thoughts of innovation and entrepreneurship have important reference and guiding significance in contemporary times.For example,they can provide clear goal guidance and spiritual support,survival and development intelligence,ethics and moral norms for contemporary innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises,and also provide rich spiritual connotations for contemporary innovation and entrepreneurship education.
