摘　　要：绿色发展与共同富裕协同推进是新时代促进经济社会高质量发展的必然要求,对推动经济转型升级、增进人民福祉具有重要的战略意义。绿色发展是实现共同富裕的重要前提,而共同富裕是推动绿色发展的有效手段;绿色发展与共同富裕协同推进是实现区域协调发展的内在要求,是解决发展不平衡不充分矛盾的现实需求,是实现人与自然、人与人和谐共生的必然选择。为促进绿色发展与共同富裕协同推进,其实现路径主要包括依托企业、产业园等主体以技术要素联动提高效率,多措并举加快绿色金融撬动,以市场主导、政府引导促进资源优配驱动,实施城乡、产业融合发展带动等。最后,从组织、资金、人才、技术和法制五个层面构建了促进绿色发展与共同富裕协调推进的保障体系。The coordinated promotion of green development and common prosperity is an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality economic and social development in the new era.It has important strategic significance for promoting economic transformation and upgrading and enhancing the people's well-being.The green development is an important premise to achieve common prosperity,and the common prosperity is an effective way to promote the green development.The coordinated promotion of green development and common prosperity is the inherent requirement of realizing regional coordinated development,the practical needs of solving the contradiction of imbalanced and insufficient development,and the inevitable choice to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and inside man.In order to promote the coordinated promotion of green development and common prosperity,we have explored several implementation paths:relying on enterprises,industrial parks and other subjects to improve efficiency with the linkage of technical elements,taking multiple measures to accelerate the pull of the green finance,promoting the optimal allocation of resources driven by market dominance and government guidance,and implementing the integrated development of urban and rural areas and industries.Finally,a guarantee system for the coordinated promotion of green development and common prosperity is constructed from the aspects of organization,capital,talent,technology and legal system.
