摘 要:建筑物沉降主要是由所在地面沉降引起的,而不均匀的地面沉降会造成地表建筑物倾斜形变,并对建筑物的安全结构造成影响,严重的甚至会出现垮塌。本文以福州市仓山区建筑物为研究对象,利用PS-InSAR技术,处理分析了2016年6月至2019年12月福州主城区共计68期SAR影像数据,结合我院已有1∶500建筑物矢量面,获取了福州市仓山区2万多栋建筑物上的PS点形变数据,通过计算建筑上不同部位的差异化沉降、倾斜等形变信息,提出基于PS-InSAR技术的建筑物形变分析方法,并在此方法基础上对建筑形变风险情况分等定级,在海量建筑物中筛选出需要重点关注的建筑物,并在实地核查中验证了该方法在建筑物沉降风险筛查中的有效性。The subsidence of buildings is mainly caused by the ground subsidence,and the uneven ground subsidence will cause the inclined deformation of surface buildings,and affect the safety structure of buildings,and even collapse in serious cases.Taking buildings in Cangshan district of Fuzhou as the research object,this paper uses PS-InSAR technology to process and analyze 68 SAR image data of Fuzhou main urban area from June 2016 to December 2019.Combined with the existing 1∶500 scale building vector planes of our institute,the PS point deformation data of more than 20000 buildings in Cangshan district of Fuzhou are obtained.The differential subsidence and inclination deformation information of different parts of buildings are calculated based on PS-InSAR technology,a building deformation analysis method is proposed.Based on this method,the risk of building deformation is graded,and the buildings that need to be focused on are screened out from massive buildings.The effectiveness of this method in building subsidence risk screening is verified in the field verification.
