摘  要:随着城市的不断发展,地市级测绘部门在多年的外业测量过程中积累了大量的像控点数据。由于早期像控点数据以文件方式管理,点之记录入时未统一标准,因此需要借助信息化手段来实现像控点精细管理。本文针对像控点管理工作,基于ArcGIS Web AppBuilder框架,以ArcGIS Enterprise为后台,采用ArcGIS API for JavaScript开发平台,结合HTML5+JavaScript+CSS3的主流前端技术,设计出一个用户交互界面良好、操作简单的哈尔滨市主城区像控点管理应用系统,实现了像控点一张图管理,完成像控点整理、查询、编辑修正、资料导出等管理功能,为工作人员提供极大的便利。With the continuous development of the city,the city-level surveying and mapping departments have accumulated a large amount of image control point data in the field surveying process for many years.Since the early image control point data was managed in the form of files,there was no unified standard for the recording and entry of the points,so it was necessary to use information technology to realize the refined management of the image control points.Aiming at image control point management,based on the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder framework,ArcGIS Enterprise as the background,this paper uses the ArcGIS API for JavaScript development platform,combined with the mainstream front-end technology of HTML5+JavaScript+CSS3,to design an image control point management application system in the main urban area of Harbin with friendly user interface and simple operation.It realizes the management of image control points on one map,completes the management functions of image control point sorting,query,editing and correction,and data export,providing great convenience for the staff.
