摘 要:建立了测定铜铟镓硒太阳能靶材中硒的硫代硫酸钠滴定法。用硝酸-盐酸混合液(3∶1)在低温加热条件下消解铜铟镓硒靶材样品,在盐酸介质中,用亚硫酸将亚硒酸还原为单质硒沉淀与其它杂质分离,用酸溶解沉淀,在硫酸介质中,加入碘化钾,以淀粉作指示剂,用硫代硫酸钠标准溶液滴定,计算硒的含量。该方法适合质量分数为30%~70%的硒的测定,靶材中铜、铟、镓对测定结果无影响。该法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.1%~0.5%(n=12),测定硒质量分数为99.999%的标准物质,平均回收率为99.7%,样品的加标回收率为98.69%~99.83%。Sodium thiosulfate titration method was established to determine selenium in CIGS.Copper indium gallium selenide target material samples was heated under low temperature with the mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid(3∶1),in hydrochloric acid medium,selenious acid was reducted to the precipitate of elemental selenium with sulfurous acid,and seperated from other impurities.The precipitate was dissolved with acid.In sulfuric acid medium,potassium iodide was added in,with starch as the indicator,the sample was titrated with sodium thiosulfate standard solution,and the content of selenium was calculated.This method is suitable for the determination of selenium with mass fraction of 30%-70%.Copper,indium and gallium in the target have no influence on the determination results.The relative standard deviation of the results was 0.1%-0.5%(n=12),and the standard substance of 99.999%selenium was used in the recovery experiment,with the average recovery rate of 99.7%,and the recovery rate of sample selenium was 98.69%-99.83%.
