摘　　要：本文以Bloom认知目标分类理论为指导,围绕口语教学目标和教学内容,探索"课程思政"全面、深入进课堂的一条崭新教学模式,即以"学"知识和"做"活动来促进学生"成"人、"成"才的线上线下混合式教学模式。"学""做""成"智慧教学模式,依托课程思政微视频内容指导大学英语口语课程思政教学和测评,打造全程育人的新格局。Based on the theory of Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives, the smart oral English teaching objectives integrated with value-oriented education have been designed. Focusing on oral English teaching objectives and content, a completely new teaching mode with value-oriented education integrated comprehensively and deeply into the classroom has been explored, i.e. the blended online and offline teaching with "learning" knowledge and "doing" activities promoting a real and comprehensive "being".The smart education mode of "learning, doing and being" directs the value-oriented oral education and evaluation in virtue of the value-oriented micro-videos, building a new pattern of educating people comprehensively.
