摘  要:为获取电偶对腐蚀特性、以合理设计防电偶腐蚀方案,通过酸性盐雾试验、周期浸润试验对不同表面处理的TC1-1Cr11Ni2W2MoV电偶对进行电偶腐蚀研究,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、电化学工作站对试样的表面形貌、元素含量、自腐蚀电位及电偶电流等进行分析。结果表明:TC1-lCrllNi2W2MoV(镀Cu)的腐蚀速率最小、腐蚀程度最弱,试样表面镀层的完好性能极大地增强了电偶对的抗腐蚀能力;电偶对与lCrllNi2W2MoV试样对酸性环境较为敏感,随着H^(+)浓度的增加,自腐蚀电位降低,电偶电流密度增大。腐蚀机理为电偶对间主要发生电偶腐蚀,并伴随缝隙腐蚀。研究表明,镀Cu和镀Cd试样还存在微电偶腐蚀。据此设计出了TC1-lCrllNi2W2MoV结构防电偶腐蚀方案。加入缓蚀剂后,试样腐蚀程度明显减弱,证明该防电偶腐蚀设计方案有效。For obtaining the corrosion characteristics of the galvanic pair for reasonable design of anti-galvanic corrosion plan,the galvanic corrosion of TC1-1Cr11Ni2W2MoV galvanic couples with different surface treatments was studied through the acid salt spray test and periodic infiltration test.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrometer(EDS),electrochemical workstation to analyze the specimen surface morphology,elemental content,self-corrosion potential and galvanic current,etc.Results showed that TC1-lCrllNi2W2MoV(Cu plating)had the lowest corrosion rate and the weakest degree of corrosion.The integrity of the coating on the sample surface greatly enhanced the corrosion resistance of the galvanic couple,and the galvanic couple and lCrllNi2W2MoV samples were more sensitive to acidic environments.Additionally,self-corrosion potential decreased with the increase of H^(+)concentration,and the galvanic current increased accordingly.The corrosion mechanism was that galvanic corrosion mainly occurred between the galvanic couples accompanied with crevice corrosion.Also,the Cu-plated and Cd-plated samples also had micro-galvanic corrosion.Accordingly,the TC1-lCrllNi2W2MoV structure anti-galvanic corrosion scheme was designed.With adding the inhibitors,the corrosion degree was weakened significantly,verifying that the anti-galvanic corrosion design scheme was effective.
