摘  要:为改善设备在高温使用过程中受到外界环境侵蚀的问题,制备了一种以环氧E-44为基料、石墨等为颜填料的耐高温腐蚀涂料。涂层以热失重、烧结前后的腐蚀电流密度共同作为评价标准,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交优化试验,利用综合评分法对所获正交9组结果进行优化分析。试验结果表明,当颜基比为2.5∶1.0、石墨用量为35%、CaF_(2)用量为26%、玻璃鳞片用量为20%时漆膜可耐300℃的高温,200℃下的热失重率仅为2.76%。借助激光共聚焦显微镜观察了涂层在烧结前后的形貌,利用热分解动力学方法得出该涂层受热分解时所需活化能为78.67 kJ/mol,说明制备的涂料具有优良的热稳定性。优化配方下的漆膜在烧结前后的附着力和耐蚀性均符合相应的国家标准要求。In order to improve the corrosion of equipment by the external environment during high-temperature use,a high-temperature corrosion-resistant coating with epoxy E-44 as the base material and graphite as the pigment and filler was prepared.The thermal weight loss and the corrosion current density before and after sintering of the coating were used as the evaluation criteria for the orthogonal optimization test on the basis of the single factor experiment,and the comprehensive score method was used to optimize and analyze the obtained 9 groups orthogonal results.Results showed that when the ratio of pigment to base material was 2.5∶1.0,the amount of graphite was 35%,the amount of CaF_(2) was 26%,and the amount of glass flakes was 20%,the paint film could withstand a high temperature of 300℃,and the thermal weight loss rate at 200℃was only 2.76%.The morphology of the coating before and after sintering was observed through laser confocal scanning microscope.Using thermal decomposition kinetics method,the activation energy of 78.67 kJ/mol required for thermal decomposition of the coating was obtained,indicating that the prepared coating had excellent thermal stability.In addition,both adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint film before and after sintering under the optimized formula met the corresponding national standards’requirements.
