摘  要:为了研究冷轧低合金高强钢带的涂装性能,尤其是免中涂工艺的涂装表面质量,对HC260LA、HC340LA和HC420LA 3个典型牌号汽车钢进行电泳前后的表面粗糙度、磷化后结晶细度、划格与耐冲击附着力、1000 h耐中性盐雾等测试。结果表明:电泳前钢带表面粗糙度R_(a)为0.96~1.42μm,电泳后R_(a)为0.28~0.41μm;磷化后钢带表面结晶细度尺寸为3.49~5.54μm;电泳后经划格与耐冲击试验钢带均无开裂脱落现象,附着力达到0级;电泳后1000 h耐中性盐雾钢带的划痕单边扩蚀宽度为0.31~0.76 mm,各项指标均能满足标准及汽车主机厂的要求。In order to study the coating properties of cold rolled low alloy high strength steel strip,especially the coating surface quality of no intermediate coating process,the surface roughness before and after electrophoresis,crystallinity after phosphating,scratch and impact resistance adhesion,1000 h neutral salt spray resistance of three typical brands of HC260LA,HC340LA and HC420LA automobile steel were tested and analyzed.Results showed that the surface roughness R_(a) of steel strip before electrophoresis was 0.96~1.42μm while R_(a) was 0.28~0.41μm after electrophoresis;the surface crystallinity size of steel strip after phosphating was 3.49~5.54μm.After electrophoresis there was no cracking and falling off phenomenon on steel strip in the scribing and impact test,and the adhesion reaches grade was 0;after 1000 h of electrophoresis,the single side extended corrosion width of scratch of steel strip resistant to neutral salt spray was 0.31~0.76 mm,and all the indexes met the requirements of the standard and the main engine factory.
