摘 要:某型号筒体在实际加工生产中存在焊后变形量过大的问题。为解决该问题,建立了筒体焊接的三维有限元计算模型,采用Simufact仿真得到焊后变形的结果,验证了计算模型的准确性,并进一步利用Simufact工艺链仿真,研究了焊前强化以及焊后热处理工艺对筒体变形的改善作用。结果表明:焊前强化及焊后热处理对焊接变形的优化极为显著,可以应用在实际加工生产中。There was a problem of excessive deformation after welding in the actual processing and production of a certain type of barrel.For solving the above problem,a three-dimensional finite element calculation model for the welding of the barrel body was established.Using Simufact simulation to calculated deformation after welding,the accuracy of the calculation model was verified.With further use of Simufact process chain simulation,the improvement effects of strengthening before welding and heat treatment after welding on the deformation of cylinder were studied.Results showed that the welding distortion optimizations by strengthening before welding and heat treatment after welding were remarkable,which could be applied in actual welding process.
