摘　　要：目的:观察生姜艾叶洗剂治疗冻伤的疗效。方法:(1)40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、生姜艾叶洗剂组和冻疮膏组,每组10只。后三组动物制备冻伤模型,造模成功后,连续给药10d,观察大鼠一般情况、皮损伤情况,考察冻伤康复情况。(2)通过检测血液流变学特征,及观察冻伤部位皮肤病理改变,验证生姜艾叶洗剂的治疗作用。结果:生姜艾叶洗剂组治疗给药组总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:生姜艾叶洗剂治疗冻伤的疗效好,无明显副作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Ginger Mugwort Lotion on chilblain.Methods:(1) Forty rats were randomly divided into a controlled group, a model group, a Ginger Mugwort Lotion group and a chilblain cream group, 10 in each group.The last three groups prepared frostbite models.After successful modeling, the rats were administered for 10 consecutive days to observe the general skin damage of the rats and investigate the frostbite recovery.(2)In order to verify the therapeutic effect of Ginger Mugwort Lotion, hemorheology characteristics were detected, and skin pathological changes in frostbitten areas were observed.Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the Ginger Mugwort Lotion group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions: Ginger Mugwort Lotion is effective in treating frostbite and has no obvious side effect.
