摘 要:在圆钢管单层网壳结构中,圆钢管构件在壳体曲面内、外的计算长度不同,造成材料性能无法在两个方向上均得到充分利用。提出以H形钢为杆件形式的单层网壳结构克服了上述不足。首先通过一则算例对比分析了圆钢管和H形钢两种杆件形式在单层网壳曲面内、外的轴心受压稳定性差异,随后为进一步减小单层网壳中杆件弯矩对构件受力的影响,运用力密度法对H形钢单层网壳进行形态优化,并对比了找形前、后单层网壳的静力性能。研究结果表明,H形钢轴心受压稳定应力在壳体曲面内、外可以达到平衡且在曲面外低于同截面面积圆钢管的稳定应力,材料在两个方向上均得到了充分利用;运用力密度法对H形钢单层网壳进行找形可以减小杆件端部弯矩,使杆件以承受轴力为主,并能够改善结构静力性能,降低结构用钢量,从而进一步发挥了H形钢构件的双向力学性能。In the single-layer lattice shell which uses circular steel tubes, the effective lengths of the members inside and outside of shell surface are different, and thus the material cannot be fully utilized in both directions.The H-shaped steel single-layer lattice shell proposed in this paper overcomes the above drawbacks.Firstly, through an example, the difference of axial compressive stability inside and outside of shell surfaces between the circular steel tube and H-shaped steel is compared and analyzed.Then, in order to further reduce the influence of bending moment on the mechanical performance of the member in single-layer latticed shell, a shape optimization of the H-shaped steel single-layer lattice shell is conducted by using the force density method.The static performance is compared before and after the form finding.The results show that the stable stress of H-shaped steel under axial compression can be balanced both inside and outside of the curved surface of the shell.Outside the curved surface, the stress of H-shaped steel is lower than the circular steel tube with the same cross-sectional area.The material is fully utilized in both directions.Using the force density method to form the H-shaped steel single-layer lattice shell can reduce the edge bending moments of members and the total steel mass, which makes the members mainly subjected to the axial force.Thus the biaxial mechanical properties of H-shaped steel are further developed.
