摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球多国暴发,加强医疗机构不同类型空调运行管理对于预防疾病传播具有重要意义。通过调查松江区30家综合性医疗机构空调使用类型情况,尤其是发热门诊、隔离病房、发热哨点、新冠病毒核酸检测采样点、内镜室、口腔科、候诊室、病房等重点部门的空调类型,调查空调运行情况、卫生管理、清洗消毒、定期检测等,制定常态化疫情防控下综合性医疗机构不同类型空调运行指引,提出常态化疫情防控下管理建议,有效防止病毒通过空调系统传播。The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic broke out in many countries around the world.Strengthening the operation and management of different types of air conditioners in medical institutions is of great significance to preventing the spread of the disease.This project investigateh the use of air conditioners in 30 comprehensive medical institutions in Songjiang District,especially in key departments such as fever clinics,isolation wards,fever sentinel sites,new coronavirus nucleic acid detection sampling sites,endoscopy rooms,dental departments,waiting rooms,wards,etc.We investigated the types of air-conditioning,air-conditioning operation,sanitation management,cleaning and disinfection,regular testing,etc.,formulated guidelines for the operation of different types of air-conditioning in comprehensive medical institutions under normalized epidemic prevention and control,and put forward management recommendations under normalized epidemic prevention and control to effectively prevent viruses from passing air conditioning system spread.
