摘　　要：医疗卫生信息化已纳入"十三五"国家网络安全和信息化建设重点,将实现重点突破;。在医院投入大量人力、物力、财力进行医院软、硬件建设的同时,信息人员的法律风险成了管理者的课题。通过司法案例梳理医院信息人员面临的法律风险,以期在医院信息管理方面提出相应的管理建议。Medical health informatization has been included in the"13th Five-Year Plan"national network security and information construction focus,it will achieve important breakthroughs.While the hospital has invested a lot of manpower,material resources,and financial resources into the construction of hospital software and hardware,the legal risk of information personnel has become the managers’ task.This paper analyzed the risks of legal risks faced by hospital information personnel through judicial cases in order to put forward the management suggestions from hospital information management.
