摘  要:目的探讨中晚孕期正常胎儿骶尾椎发育规律,便于定位椎体及发现骶骨发育异常。方法二维超声测量340例18~40^(+6)周正常胎儿的骶骨长度并计数骶尾椎个数。采用相关与回归分析骶骨长度与孕周的关系,统计各孕周所显示骶尾椎个数。结果胎儿骶骨长度与孕周呈线性正相关关系(R=0.967);线性回归方程:骶骨长度=1.275×孕周-13.09(R^(2)=0.935);相邻孕周间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);18~40^(+6)周可显示骶椎3~5个,尾椎0~3个,20周起S4显示率100%,32周起S5显示率100%,31周起可显示Co1;S5显示时间个体差异较大。结论胎儿骶骨长度正常值的建立和了解不同孕周骶尾椎显示个数有助于定位椎体及发现骶骨发育异常。Objective This study aimed to explore the normal development of sacrococcygeal vertebrae during the middle and late pregnancy period, be helpful to locate the sacral vertebrae and detect sacral dysplasia. Methods We studied 340 fetuses, 18~40;weeks of generation age, the sacrum length was measured with 2 D ultrasound, the number of sacrococcygeal vertebrae were counted respectively. The correlation and regression analysis were used to evaluate relationship between the sacrum length and GA, and the appearance number and time of sacrococcygeal vertebrae were explored. Results The sacrum length was significantly positive correlated with GA(R=0.967). The regression equation was: The sacrum length =1.275×GA-13.09(R^(2)=0.935). There was statistically significant difference between adjacent gestational weeks(P<0.05). There was 3~5 sacral vertebrae and 0~3 coccygeal vertebrae visualized during 18~40;weeks. The S4 and S5 were 100% observed in ultrasound after 20 and 32 weeks respectively. The Co1 was observed after 31 weeks. S5 appearance time was individual obviously. Conclusions The establishment of the normal valve in fetal sacrum length and understanding the change of number in sacral and coccygeal vertebrae in different gestational weeks were helpful for locating vertebra and finding abnormal sacrum.
