摘　　要：目的总结胎儿脐带真结在二维超声联合STIC-HD live flow技术的声像图特征。方法回顾性分析产前经二维超声联合STIC-HD live flow技术诊断,并产后证实的5例脐带真结胎儿产前超声图像特征。结果 5例脐带真结二维超声表现为双"叉"字特征,呈对立关系,STIC-HD live flow技术表现为"结"样缠绕。结论二维超声联合STIC-HD live flow技术诊断脐带真结具有重要价值。Objective To summarize the ultrasonographic characteristics of true umbilical cord knots by two-dimensional ultrasound combined STIC-HD live flow technique. Methods 5 cases of true umbilical cord knots diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with STIC-HD live flow technology and confirmed after delivery were analyzed retrospectively. Results Five cases of true umbilical cord knots showed double “fork” character on two-dimension ultrasound, presenting an opposite relationship, and STIC-HD live flow showed “knot”. Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with STIC-HD live flow is of great value in the diagnosis of true umbilical cord knots.
