Report on Laboratory Identification of New Silkworm Varieties in Northern Silkworm Rearing Area in Spring of 2021(Henan)

摘　　要：2021年春季,河南省蚕业科学研究院以菁松×皓月为对照种,对兴安×秦源、豫花N×湘明N、菁松N×皓月N3对蚕品种进行实验室鉴定工作。结果显示:兴安×秦源的上车茧率、解舒率、解舒丝长和4龄起蚕虫蛹率都高于对照品种;豫花N×湘明N的万头蚕产茧量、万头蚕茧层量、万头蚕产丝量三项综合成绩高于对照品种,4龄起蚕虫蛹率和对照品种相仿;菁松N×皓月N的4龄起蚕虫蛹率高于对照品种,万头产茧量、万头茧层量、万头产丝量三项综合成绩低于对照品种。In the spring of 2021,Henan Sericultural Research Institute took three pairs of new silkworm varieties,Xing'an×Qin yuan,Yuhua N×Xiangming N and Jingsong N×Haoyue N,to conduct laboratory identification,with Jingsong N×Haoyue N as the control.Results show that Xing'an×Qin yuan performs better than the control in four aspects including cocoon rate,reelability percentage,length of non-broken filament and pupa rate from 4^(th) instar silkworm.Yu Hua N×Xiangming N is better than the control variety in three aspects including cocoon yield of ten thousand silkworms,shell weight of ten thousand silkworms and silk yield of ten thousand silkworms,and the pupa rates from the 4^(th) instar are similar to the control.The pupa rates from 4^(th) instar silkworm of Jingsong N×Haoyue N are higher than that of the control variety,while its comprehensive achievement is lower than the control in three aspects such as cocoon yield of ten thousand silkworms,shell weight of ten thousand silkworms and silk yield of ten thousand silkworms.
