我国农村经济反垄断宽恕制度探究

摘　　要：在这个当今社会,竞争在促进我国农业经济持续健康发展的同时,违法的农业经营者为了获得不正当的利益,会采取隐蔽的手段或者方式达成垄断协议,严重破坏了市场秩序,阻碍农业经济发展,所以这种不合法的竞争行为,成为了反垄断法中重点查处的象。但是由于垄断协议最大的特点就是具有一定的隐秘性,农业违法经营者也会采取隐秘的手段躲避执法机关的查处,从而使得反垄断法在执行过程中困难重重,也阻碍农业经济的发展。In this current society,competition in promoting economic sustainable and healthy development of agriculture in our country at the same time,the illegal agricultural operators in order to get dishonest gain,take hidden monopoly agreement means or ways,seriously undermined the market order,hinder the agricultural economic development,so the competition for this kind of illegal behavior,has become the focus in anti-monopoly law to investigate and punish the elephant.However,due to the secrecy of the monopoly agreement,the illegal agricultural operators will also take covert means to avoid the investigation of law enforcement agencies,which makes the anti-monopoly law in the implementation process of difficulties,but also hinder the development of agricultural economy.
