摘 要:互联网的普及和短视频平台的迅猛发展缩短了商品信息流通在城乡之间的距离,与此同时,农村电商应运而生。然而,受这个群体自身局限性影响,加上缺乏相应的配套设施来辅佐农村电商发展以及政府的扶持力度不够,在社会快速发展的当下,农村电商的优势并不能完全展现,正视农村电商群体的法律诉求及提出相应的解决对策将会是践行乡村振兴的一大重要举措。The popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of short video platform shorten the distance of commodity information flow between urban and rural areas,at the same time,rural e-commerce arises at the historic moment.However,af⁃fected by the limitations of this group,coupled with the lack of corresponding supporting facilities to assist the development of rural e-commerce and insufficient support from the government,the advantages of rural e-commerce can not be fully demon⁃strated at the moment of rapid social development.facing up to the legal demands of rural e-commerce groups and putting for⁃ward corresponding countermeasures will be an important measure to practice rural revitalization.
