摘 要:目的分析陕西地区3所医院真菌性外耳道炎患者常见病原性真菌分布及耐药性。方法收集3所医院2016年1月至2019年12月诊疗的真菌性外耳道炎患者外耳道标本中致病性真菌,进行药敏试验,使用SPSS23.0软件统计分析。结果共分离出致病性真菌82株,其中黑曲霉53株,黄曲霉13株,念珠菌属11株。曲霉菌属对伊曲康唑、伏立康唑和两性霉素B敏感性良好;念珠菌属对氟康唑敏感。结论临床医师应重视耳道分泌物的真菌培养及药敏,对真菌性外耳道炎感染患者的临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To determine the distribution and drug resistance of common fungal pathogens in patients with otomycosis from 3 hospitals in Shaanxi Province.Methods Fungal pathogens were isolated from ex-ternal auditory canal specimens of patients with otomycosis treated in 3 hospitals between January 2016 and De-cember 2019.Drug sensitivity test was conducted.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Eighty-two strains of fungal pathogens were isolated from external auditory canal specimens of patients with otomy-cosis between January 2016 and December 2019,including 53 of Aspergillus niger,13 of Aspergillus flavus,and 11 of Candida.Aspergillus showed good sensitivity to Itraconazole,Voriconazole and Amphotericin B.Candida maintained a good sensitivity to Fluconazole.Conclusion Fungal culture of external auditory canal secretions and drug sensitivity test should be paid attention by clinicians,which are of great significance for the clinical treatment of otomycosis.
