摘 要:目的研究妊娠期糖尿病孕妇体质量指数与膳食营养、血糖水平之间的关系。方法研究对象为在我院就诊的78例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,纳入试验组,并选择同期78例正常孕妇,纳入对照组,以体质量指数差异性为依据进行再次分组,分别为1组、2组、3组、4组,对营养摄入、血糖水平、孕前体质量指数进行对比。结果对比对照组孕前体质量(54.05±7.05)kg,体质量指数(BMI)(20.60±2.51)kg/m^(2),试验组孕妇孕前体质量(56.75±7.85)kg和质量指数(21.83±2.75)kg/m^(2)均明显较高,数据对比P<0.05;对比对照组,试验组碳水化合物供能比、碳水化合物摄入量均明显较低,脂肪供能明显较高,数据对比P<0.05;试验组四组血糖水平对比差异显著,P<0.05,体质量指数越大,血糖水平越高;试验组四组每日脂肪和能量摄入情况对比差异显著,P<0.05,体质量指数越高,所摄入的脂肪、碳水化合物、能量和蛋白质摄入量越高。结论孕前体质量指数与膳食营养摄入、血糖水平具有相关性,保证营养均衡、对体质量合理控制有利于妊娠糖尿病的预防。Objective To study the relationship between body mass index,dietary nutrition and blood sugar level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods The subjects of the study were 78 pregnant women with gestational diabetes in our hospital.They were included in the experimental group,and 78 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected to be included in the control group.Based on the difference in body mass index,they were divided into group 1 and group 2,group 3,group 4 respectively,the nutritional intake,blood sugar level,pre-pregnancy body mass index were compared.Results Comparing the control group's pre-pregnancy body weight(54.05±7.05)kg,body mass index(BMI)(20.60±2.51)kg/m^(2),the test group's pre-pregnancy body weight(56.75±7.85)kg and mass index(21.83±2.75)kg/m^(2) was significantly higher,data comparison P<0.05;compared with the control group,the carbohydrate energy supply ratio and carbohydrate intake of the test group were significantly lower,and the fat energy supply was significantly higher.The data comparison P<0.05;the blood glucose level of the test group 4 groups has significant difference,P<0.05,the larger the body mass index,the higher the blood sugar level;the daily fat and energy intake of the test group 4 groups the contrast difference is significant,P<0.05,the higher the body mass index,the higher the intake of fat,carbohydrate,energy and protein.Conclusion Pre-pregnancy body mass index is correlated with dietary nutrient intake and blood glucose level,ensuring balanced nutrition and reasonable control of body mass is beneficial to the prevention of gestational diabetes.
