彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢动脉病变的价值

摘　　要：目的分析对糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者应用彩色多普勒超声诊断价值,逐步实现糖尿病临床诊疗方案的优化提升。方法在研究过程中,采取对比试验的方式,将一段时间内,到我院接受治疗的相关患者作为研究,具体操作中,选取56例糖尿病患者作为观察组,再抽选56例非糖尿病患者作为参照组;对所有人员进行彩色多普勒超声诊断检查。结果从最终的研究对比结果来看,观察组发生血管狭窄率28.57%,斑块率58.93%,血管堵塞率25%,参照组发生血管狭窄率7.14%,斑块率5.36%,血管堵塞率3.57%,两组数据存在差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在下肢动脉血管血流量方面相比较,观察组股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉血流量低于参照组,相差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在下肢动脉频谱宽度方面相比较,观察组大于参照组,相差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者应用彩色多普勒超声诊断临床价值高,可快速将病变位置与病变程度反馈出来,给予医师精确的治疗依据,快速改善患者机体不适症状,控制并发症发生,在临床层面可以进行必要的推广以及应用。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease,and to gradually optimize and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.Methods During the study,a comparative experiment was adopted to study the related patients who received treatment in our hospital during a period of time.In specific operation,56 diabetic patients were selected as the observation group,and then 56 non-diabetic patients were selected as the reference group.All personnel were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography.Results From the comparison results of the final study,the rate of vascular stenosis in the observation group was 28.57%,plaque rate was 58.93%,and vascular blockage rate was 25%,while the rate of vascular stenosis in the reference group was 7.14%,plaque rate was 5.36%,and vascular blockage rate was 3.57%,showing statistical difference(P<0.05).The blood flow of the femoral artery,popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsal foot artery in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of patients were compared in terms of lower extremity arterial spectrum width,the observation group was larger than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower limb artery lesions in patients with type 2 diabetes clinical value of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis is high,can be rapidly and the degree of the lesion,feedback the position of the lesion,giving physicians accurate treatment,rapidly improve the body symptoms of patients,complications,control at the clinical level can make the necessary promotion and application.
