个性化护理干预在躁狂症患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究个性化护理干预在躁狂症患者护理中的应用分析。方法选取本院2019年8月至2020年11月收治的86例狂躁症患者进行此次研究,应用随机分组平均分为参照组和观察组两组,各43例。其中参照组实行常规护理干预,观察组实行个性化护理干预,对比两组患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后观察组患者治疗依从性及护理满意度分别为93.02%与95.35%,均较参照组的74.42%与79.07%更高,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组GAS评分为(61.48±8.68)分,较参照组的(53.71±7.51)分更高,观察组BRMS评分为(7.50±2.62)分,较参照组的(11.17±3.29)分更低,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能评分分别为(16.91±2.18)分、(17.73±2.40)分、(17.05±2.41)分、(16.87±2.10)分,均较参照组的(14.15±2.14)分、(15.36±2.28)分、(15.14±2.33)分、(14.12±2.06)分更高,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对狂躁症患者所进行的护理中应用个性化护理干预,可以使患者更好的配合治疗,提高临床干预效果,并赢得患者及其家属对护理服务的满意度,有利于促进患者早日恢复及生活质量的改善,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze and study the application of personalized nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with mania.Methods A total of 86 patients with mania admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected for this study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,the reference group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.Among them,the routine nursing intervention was the reference group,and the individualized nursing intervention was the observation group.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 93.02%and 95.35%,respectively,which were higher than the 74.42%and 79.07%of the reference group.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GAS score of the observation group(61.48±8.68)points was higher than the reference group's(53.71±7.51)points,and the BRMS score of the observation group(7.50±2.62)points was lower than the reference group's(11.17±3.29)points,and the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological functions,physical functions,psychological functions and social functions were(16.91±2.18),(17.73±2.40),(17.05±2.41),(16.87±2.10)points,which were all compared with the reference group's(14.15±2.14)points,(15.36±2.28)points,(15.14±2.33)points,(14.12±2.06)points are higher,and the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention in the nursing care of patients with mania can make the patients better cooperate with the treatment,improve the effect of clinical intervention,and win the satisfaction of the patients and their families with the nursing service,which is conducive to the early recovery of the patients And the improvement of the quality of life has promotion value.
