观察协同护理对女性流浪精神病患者的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理在女性流浪精神病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法根据先后入院时间划分2018年3月至2019年4月本院接收的98例女性流浪精神病患者,对照组(n=49)与研究组(n=39)分别开展常规护理方案与协同护理方案,常规护理方案的主要内容有给予患者心理疏导,健康知识宣教,用药指导等,协同护理方案的主要内容有给予患者个体健康知识宣传,主动与患者交流、沟通,加深其对于临床疾病的认知,给予患者集体教育,采取幻灯片、讲座等方式,展开宣教,提升自我干预能力。准确评估各组精神康复效果、护理效果,并统计各组护理满意度。结果在兴趣、治疗情况、卫生状况、生活技能、社交技能及总分方面,护理后,研究组上述指标均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组社交能力、卫生、社会兴趣及总积极因素评分均较对照组更高,而精神疾病、抑郁、激怒、迟缓及总消极因素较对照组偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,研究组(95.92%)相比于对照组(79.59%)更高(P<0.05)。结论予以女性流浪精神病患者协同护理方案,不仅可以改善患者精神康复效果,同时可促进护理效果及护理满意度提高。Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing in the clinical nursing of female homeless psychiatric patients.Methods According to the division has arrived in March 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital to receive the 98 cases of mentally ill homeless women and the control group(n=49)and study group(n=39),respectively,to carry out the routine nursing plan and collaborative nursing plan,the main content of the routine nursing care plan have given patients psychological counseling,health knowledge education,medication guide,etc.The main contents of the collaborative nursing program include the promotion of individual health knowledge for patients,the active communication and communication with patients to deepen their cognition of clinical diseases,the collective education for patients,the promotion and education by means of slides and lectures,and the improvement of self-intervention ability.The mental rehabilitation effect and nursing effect of each group were evaluated accurately,and nursing satisfaction of each group was counted.Results In interest,treatment,health,life skills,social skills and total score,the study group was lower than the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social competence,health,social interest and total positive factors in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while mental illness,depression,anger,retardation and total negative factors were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In nursing satisfaction,the study group(95.92%)was higher than the control group(79.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing program for female homeless psychiatric patients can not only improve the mental rehabilitation effect,but also promote the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.
