加强护理风险管理在体检中心的静脉采血的价值

摘　　要：目的评估护理风险管理用于体检中心静脉采血活动中的价值。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月、2017年2月至2018年2月前往我院体检中心进行静脉采血的患者,以上各时间段分别采集35例体检者,依次纳入甲、乙组中,均予以常规护理,乙组联合护理风险管理,统计各组风险事件发生情况、护理满意度,在组间做出比较分析。结果甲组护理事件发生率为17.14%,高于乙组的5.71%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理满意度相关知识的评估上,乙组高于甲组,差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论体检中心的静脉采血阶段加强护理风险管理措施的应用,有益于降低护理相关风险事件发生率,提升体检者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To evaluate the value of nursing risk management in central venous blood collection during physical examination.Methods Select patients who went to our hospital's physical examination center for venous blood collection from January 2016 to January 2017,February 2017 to February 2018,collected 35 cases of physical examination,the above mentioned time period in turn into the group A and group B,both conventional nursing,the group B joint nursing risk management,statistics,nursing satisfaction each risk event occurs,make a comparative analysis between groups.Results The incidence of nursing events was 17.14%in group A,higher than 5.71%in group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the assessment of nursing satisfaction related knowledge,group B was higher than group A,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the application of nursing risk management measures in the venous blood collection stage of the physical examination center is beneficial to reducing the incidence of nursing related risk events and improving the satisfaction of physical examiners on nursing work.
