摘  要:利用2016年1—12月水质监测数据,分析东洞庭湖叶绿素a浓度的时空动态变化及其与水温、pH、总氮、总磷等环境因子的相互关系.结果表明,东洞庭湖水体叶绿素a存在明显的时空动态变化,大小西湖叶绿素a浓度高于主湖体,主湖高于主洪道;6—7月、10月水体叶绿素a浓度明显高于其它月份;东洞庭湖叶绿素a与透明度呈极显著正相关,与总氮、硝酸盐氮、正磷酸盐呈极显著负相关,与水温、溶解氧、总磷等无显著相关.因此,透明度可能是影响藻类生长的关键因子.The spatial and temporal change of chlorophyll-a concentration and the relationship between chlorophyll-a,water temperature,pH,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and other environmental factors were analyzed using water quality monitoring data in 2016.The results show that it has obvious spatial and temporal change of chlorophyll-a in the East Dongting lake,chlorophyll-a concentration in the Daxiaoxi lake is higher than the main lake,and the main lake is higher than the main szanda;concentration of chlorophyll-a in June and July and October is significantly higher than the other months.The correlation analysis shows that chlorophyll-a in the East Dongting Lake has significant positive correlation with transparency,but significant negative correlation with the total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and orthophosphate,it has no significant correlation with water temperature,dissolved oxygen,and total phosphorus.Transparency is the key factor of algae growth.
