腹部超声诊断肝胆疾病的影像特征分析

摘　　要：目的观察并分析采用腹部超声对肝胆疾病患者进行诊断的影像特征。方法选取78例来我院接受手术治疗的肝胆疾病患者为研究对象,入选时间为2017年4月至2019年6月。在手术前对所有患者展开腹部超声检查,术后取病理组织进行确诊。对比两种检查方法的诊断结果,并分析腹部超声诊断的影像特征。结果本组78例患者的腹部超声诊断结果为:急性胆囊炎31例,胆结石14例,病毒性肝炎12例,脂肪肝9例,肝硬化7例,肝肿瘤5例。此外,与病理诊断结果相比,腹部超声诊断急性胆囊炎的确诊率为90.00%(27/30),胆结石的确诊率为73.33%(11/15),病毒性肝炎的确诊率为83.33%(10/12),脂肪肝的确诊率为88.89%(8/9),肝硬化的确诊率为71.43%(5/7),肝肿瘤的确诊率为80.00%(4/5);腹部超声诊断肝胆疾病的总确诊率为84.62%(66/78),P<0.05。结论对肝胆疾病进行诊断时通过超声检查方法实施诊断的准确性更高,能够为临床的治疗工作提供科学的参考依据。但建议为了减少误诊和漏诊出现的概率,临床最好结合一些其他的辅助方法进行辅助性诊断,这能够使得疾病的诊断治疗更好。Objective To observe and analyze the imaging features of the diagnosis of hepatobiliary disease by abdominal ultrasound.Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients with liver and gallbladder diseases who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects,it was selected from April 2017 to June 2019.Abdominal ultrasound examination was performed on all patients before the operation,and postoperative pathological tissue was taken to confirm the diagnosis.The diagnostic results of the two methods were compared and the imaging characteristics of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis were analyzed.Results The abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of 78 patients in this group was as follows:31 cases of acute cholecystitis,14 cases of gallstones,12 cases of viral hepatitis,9 cases of fatty liver,7 cases of cirrhosis,and 5 cases of liver tumor.In addition,compared with the pathological diagnosis,the positive rate of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of acute cholecystitis is 90.00%(27/30),the positive rate was 73.33%(11/15)of gallstones,viral hepatitis diagnosis rate was 83.33%(10/12),the positive rate of fatty liver was 88.89%(8/9),liver cirrhosis diagnosis rate was 71.43%(5/7),the positive rate of liver tumors was 80.00%(4/5);the total diagnosis rate of hepatobiliary disease by abdominal ultrasound was 84.62%(66/78),P<0.05.Conclusion When diagnosing liver and gallbladder diseases,the accuracy of diagnosis through ultrasound examination is higher,which can provide a scientific reference for clinical treatment.However,it is recommended that in order to reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,it is better to combine some other auxiliary methods for auxiliary diagnosis in clinic,which can make the diagnosis and treatment of the disease better.
