高血压合并冠心病患者实施护理干预的效果

摘　　要：目的观察并分析对高血压合并冠心病患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法对象为医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的107例高血压合并冠心病患者,采取随机数表法将其分为两组,分别给予常规护理(对照组,53例)与综合护理干预(观察组,54例)。比较并评价两组取得的效果。结果观察组患者护理后的血压水平(SBP、DBP)以及血脂水平(TG、TC、LDL-C)均显著低于对照组,护理后的HDL-C水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组(5例,占9.26%)患者护理后的并发症发生率明显比对照组(16例,占30.19%)更低(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪改善优于对照组,睡眠质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生活质量改善效果明显比对照组更好(P<0.05);观察组(51例,占94.44%)患者护理后的满意度明显高于对照组(44例,占83.02%)(P<0.05)。结论应用综合护理在高血压合并冠心病患者中可有效的改善患者的血压水平和血脂水平,减轻并发症对患者的影响,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高整体睡眠质量和生活质量,提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention for patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods The subjects were 107 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020.They were divided into two groups by random number table method and given routine nursing care(the control group,53 cases)and comprehensive nursing intervention(the observation group,54 cases)respectively.The results of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The blood pressure levels(SBP,DBP)and blood lipid levels(TG,TC,LDL-C)of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the HDL-C level after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after nursing in the observation group(5 cases,accounting for 9.26%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16 cases,accounting for 30.19%)(P<0.05).The improvement of anxiety and depression of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group,and the improvement of sleep quality was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life improvement effect of patients in the post-observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group(51 cases,accounting for 94.44%)after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(44 cases,83.02%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of the patients,reduce the impact of complications on the patients,improve the anxiety and depression of the patients,and improve the overall quality of sleep and quality of life,improve patients'satisfaction.
